Metropolitan Consulting Group LLC provides the Medusa VPN service through https://medusanet.org and related apps, including private network access and related security features (the "Service").

By creating an account, starting a trial, or paying for a plan you accept these Terms.

Orders and billing

Plans and prices are shown on the website. Paid access starts after successful payment. Unless you cancel renewal in your account or through support channels described on the website, subscriptions may renew for the same term shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam distribution, port scanning, hacking other networks, or sharing your access credentials with third parties except close family members as permitted by your plan.

We may limit or suspend access if we detect abuse or a security risk.

Availability

Coverage, speed, and quality may vary. We work to keep the Service available except for maintenance, but outages may occur due to factors outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at purchase.
