How to delete your account

To delete your account:

Open homeOpen profile
Contact:
support@medusanet.org

Some technical logs may be retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Open the Medusa VPN app.

Go to the Profile section.

Open "Login Methods".

Tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion.
After confirmation:
  • ●Your account will be permanently deleted
  • ●Email and profile data will be removed
  • ●Device bindings will be removed
  • ●Subscription access will be revoked
